Rafael Díaz-Llanos y Lecuona - lawyer and politician from Spain. He was born on August 27, 1910 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and died on January 19, 1993. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
