Rafey Habib
M. A. Rafey Habib is an academic, scholar of the humanities, and poet, whose books concern topics including Urdu poetry, T. S. Eliot, literary theory, the Quran and pacifism in Islam, and the philosophy of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel. Formerly a professor of English at Rutgers University, he went on leave from Rutgers in 2018–2019, and joined the English Department of the Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait.Works
