Rajesh Vinayakrao Kshirsagar is a Shiv Sena politician from Kolhapur district, Maharashtra. He was Executive president of Maharashtra state planning commission. He represents Kolhapur North in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and also got defeated with heavy margin of almost 15000 votes in 2019
