Rastopulovka
Rastopulovka is a selo in Privolzhsky District, Astrakhan Oblast, Russia. It's a self-governing rural settlement with a population of 2,390. It has a town hall, a school, a kindergarten, a police department, a mosque and other institutions. The current mayor of Rastopulovka in Mansur Saparov. The largest ethnic group in the town are the Karagash, followed by Kazakhs, Tatars and Russians.
