Ratko Stevovic is a football manager. He graduated in the field of Journalism at the Factory of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade Yugoslavia.
Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education on Belgrade,field of specialization-Professional Football Coach.
Gradueted UEFA,,PRO licence in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Specialization in Bayern Munich, Germany one month during 1989.
Specialization in PSV Eindhoven, Holland one month during 1990.
Specialization in Barcelona, Spain one month during 1991.

From 1991 to 1992 he was a coach in FC Mitsubishi JFL.

From 1992 to 1994 he was a head coach in FC Tohach Titan JFL.

Liaison Kusatsu

Head coach of the Liaison Kusatsu from 1994 to 1998.He succeeded to introduce the club in 1 league for almost 3 years.
