Ray Baxter
Ray Baxter is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Footscray in the Victorian Football League. He was Vice President Of WBFC Board from 1996-2001. Ray Baxter is currently a Director of the Forever Foundation and is also Chairman and Trustee of the Western Bulldogs Society.
Darren Baxter, his son, would also play for Footscray.
