Return (2018 film)
Return, is a 2018 full length Azerbaijani biographic documentary film directed by Rufat Asadov and written by Orkhan Fikratoglu. The film is about Imran Gurbanov, an Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh War participant, medical service captain and military doctor.Synopsis
The film features Imran Gurbanov's life as a voluntary military doctor, especially during the battles in the Aghdara, Kalbajar, Lachin and Murov, where he led medical units during the Nagorno-Karabakh War.Release
The film was premiered on 17 April 2018 in the Nizami Cinema Center. Many Nagorno-Karabakh War veterans, deputies and public representatives attended the premiere night. In the event held before the premiere of the film, Azerbaijani military speaker Shamistan Alizamanli, film's director Rufat Asadov and writer Orkhan Fikratoglu gave a speech.
