Rick Giancola
Enrico "Rick" Giancola is an American football coach. He is the current head football coach at Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, a position he has held since 1983. He is the longest-tenured coach in history of the Montclair State Red Hawks football program and has the most wins of any coach in program history. Through the 2018 season he has compiled an overall record of 247–123–2 and has won 11 New Jersey Athletic Conference championships.
