Robert Graham (sailor)


Robert Graham was a navy Landsman who was awarded the Medal of Honor. He served in the Battle of Plymouth on October 31, 1864 on board the U.S.S. Tacony. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for "Carrying out his duties faithfully during the capture of Plymouth, Graham distinguished himself by a display of coolness when he participated in landing and spiking a 9-inch gun while under a devastating fire from enemy musketry."
In 1881, Graham re-enlisted in the U.S. Marines under the name Fredrick Hall.
