Roberto Meli Piralla


Roberto Meli Piralla - Italian civil engineer, researcher, teacher. He was born in 1938. He graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He was awarded the Honorary Doctorate from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the National Prize for Arts and Sciences.
