Roger Barberot


Roger Barberot - French military, politician and ambassador. He was born on January 20, 1915 in Cherbourg and died on November 14, 2002 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. He graduated from the École Navale, the Collège Stanislas de Paris. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, the Croix de guerre 1939–1945, the Médaille de la Résistance, the Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, the Companion of the Liberation.
