Roman Paszkowski
Roman Paszkowski - military officer from Poland. He was born on July 19, 1914 in Gułów, Lublin Voivodeship and died on August 16, 1998 in Katowice. He graduated from the Akademia Sztabu Generalnego. He was awarded the Gold Medal of Merit for National Defence, the Odznaka „Zasłużony Białostocczyźnie”, the Medal for Long Marital Life, the Medal of the 30th Anniversary of People's Poland, the Silver Medal of Merit for National Defence, the Medal of the 40th Anniversary of People's Poland, the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, the Medal of the National Education Commission, the Medal of Victory and Freedom 1945, the Honoured Administrator of Physical Education, the Bronze Medal of Merit for National Defence, the "Participation in the defensive war of 1939" Medal.
