Rosella Rice
Rosella Rice was an American author, born in Perrysville, Ohio. She wrote much for Arthur's Home Magazine, under her own name as well as the pseudonyms Pipsissiway Potts, Pipsy Potts and Chatty Brooks. She also wrote a biography of Johnny Appleseed.
