Rui Oliveira


Rui Filipe Alves Oliveira is a Portuguese cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam. He competed in the scratch event at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. His brother, Ivo Oliveira, is also an international track cyclist.
