Ryan McDougle
Ryan Todd McDougle is an American politician. A Republican, he served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 2002 until 2005, when he was elected to the Senate of Virginia. Since 2006, he represents the 4th district, representing six counties and part of a seventh.Career
Over the course of 13 years between 2006 and 2019, Mcdougle had proposed approximately 487 bills and passed 58.3% of the bills in 2019.
In 2011 McDougle was a leading critic of the Democrat run redistricting of legislative districts in Virginia that violated principles of respecting communities of interest and create districts that were often barely contiguous at all.
