Saint Mary began its football program in 2000 under Kevin Haslam and the current coach is Jay Osborne. As of conclusion of the 2014 season, the school has an all-time record of 34 wins, 68 losses, and 0 ties.In 2016, The Spire football team won a school record 8 games, capping off the season by beating the #10 Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes.
