The Sales Emporium, Trivandrum is the Regional Outlet of Publications Division of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting in India. All of the books and journals published by the Publications Division are available there. in Hindi, English, and other regional languages. As of July 2020, the Publications Division had published 7,600 titles on a wide range of subjects. These include art, culture, national heritage, and biographies of national leaders in various topics. These topics include: science, flora and fauna, children's literature, the India Year Book, a yearly publication detailing various fields in India and their development. Established under the Ministry of Information and BroadcasTrivandrumting, the regional unit of Sales Emporium in Kerala was founded in the year 1979 at Govt. Press Road. It is located in the heart of the city and has catered to the needs of book lovers for the past three and a half decades.
