Sanuki is a city located in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan.

The modern city of Sanuki was founded on April 1, 2002 and is the merger of five towns from the western part of the former Ōkawa District: Shido, Tsuda, Nagao, Sangawa and Ōkawa.
