Satoshi Akao

Satoshi Akao was an extreme-right Japanese politician who served as a member of the House of Representatives of Japan. He has been called "Akao Bin" as a nickname. He had poor health in his childhood. He was interested in utopian philosophy.
Like many Japanese ultra-rightists, Akao had earlier been an anarchist before moving to the radical right, and was a vocal opponent of the Soviet Union and Communism. He helped found and was the first president of the Kenkokukai, or National Foundation Society, a major ultranationalist organization of the 1920s. He was a close associate of Uesugi Shinkichi, who allowed Akao to run the Kenkokukai from his home after the withdrawal of several prominent members left the organization without the means to fund their headquarters.
