Scarlett Mackmin


Scarlett Mackmin is an English choreographer. She trained at the Martha Graham School in New York City and at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance in London. She worked as a performer and teacher before becoming a freelance choreographer.
Her work for the theatre includes The Hypochondriac, President of an Empty Room, Sleeping Beauty, The Dark, Caligula, After Miss Julie, Privates on Parade, Cloud Nine, The Modernist, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Tempest, Bird Calls, Batina and the Moon, Iphigenia, Peribanez, Sleeping Beauty, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Up on the Roof, In Flame and Airswimming.
Her film credits include The King's Speech, Stage Beauty, Chocolat, The Last Minute, and Miss Julie.
She is the sister of theatre director Anna Mackmin.
