replaced Friðrik Klemenz Sophusson as Minister of Finance.

replaced Þorsteinn Pálsson as Minister of Fisheries and Minister of Justice and Ecclesiastical Affairs. Halldór Ásgrímsson replaced Guðmundur Kristján Bjarnason as Minister for the Environment and Minister of Agriculture.
