Sergey Tuchkov
Sergey Tuchkov - poet from Russian Empire. He was born on October 1, 1767 in Saint Petersburg and died on February 3, 1839 in Moscow. He was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir, 3rd class, the Order of the White Eagle, the Order of Saint Anna, 2nd class, the Gold Sword for Bravery, the Order of St. George, 4th class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 2nd class.
