Serrapetrona is a comune in the province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about southwest of Ancona and about southwest of Macerata.
Serrapetrona borders the following municipalities: Belforte del Chienti, Caldarola, Camerino, Castelraimondo, San Severino Marche, Tolentino.
