Setia V Residences
Setia V Residences is a residential complex within the city of George Town in Penang, Malaysia. Located at Gurney Drive, it consists of a pair of condominiums named Towers A and B. With a height of, Tower A, which was topped out in 2017, is the second tallest skyscraper in Penang.
Developed by SP Setia, a major Malaysian property firm, Setia V Residences are expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
