Shalanda Baker


Shalanda H. Baker is a professor of law, professor of public policy and urban affairs at Northeastern University. She is also a co-founder of the Initiative for Energy Justice, and she was an American rugby union player.
She played in the 1998 Women's Rugby World Cup.
She graduated from the Air Force Academy, Northeastern University School of Law, and University of Wisconsin Law School.
She was a professor of Law at University of San Francisco, Northeastern University, and University of Hawaii at Manoa.
