Sofija was engaged to Filip Živojinović, son of retired Serbian tennis player Slobodan Živojinović; she was also in relationship with Serbian tennis player Viktor Troicki. As of summer 2019, she is in a relationship with Serbian footballer Luka Jović. On 20 March 2020, Milošević announced that she and Jović are expecting their first child. Her family is originally part of the Vasojevići clan.
