South African cricket team in Australia in 1993–94

The South African national cricket team toured Australia in the 1993-94 season. They played a series of three Test matches, which was drawn 1-1, beginning with a drawn match in Melbourne, followed by a win for South Africa in Sydney, and an Australian victory in Adelaide. South Africa also competed in a tri nation ODI tournament involving Australia and New Zealand: South Africa won only three of their eight round robin matches but qualified to the final by having a better net run rate than New Zealand. In the best-of-three final against Australia they won the first match but ultimately lost 2-1.
