South Russian Ovcharka


The South Russian Ovcharka, also known as a Ukrainian Shepherd Dog, or South Russian Sheepdog, is a sheepdog from the Ukrainian steppes between the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
This is an undemanding dog, which can adapt to most weather conditions.

Description

Males should stand no less than tall, it has a long head, with dangling, small, triangular ears. Its coat consists of long, thick coarse hair, usually white, that is bushy and slightly wavy.

Ban

The dog is banned in Denmark and Lithuania.
