Spoonplug
A spoonplug is a form of fishing lure used for deep water casting and trolling. It was invented in 1946 by Elwood L. "Buck" Perry. Perry combined science with a logical approach to fishing to create a "total fishing system." He is credited as being the father of structure fishing and was later inducted into the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame.
