Steinar Lein
Steinar Lein is a retired Norwegian football midfielder and current manager. He has two kids Tobias and Emilie Lein
He played youth football for Kolstad, winning his age group in the 1986 Norway Cup. He then played senior football for Kolstad, except for the 1994 season in Elverum, and joined Byåsen in 1996. In 1997 he joined giants Rosenborg BK, making his league debut in the summer and amassing 11 league games over two seasons. He then settled in southwestern city Haugesund, playing for FK Haugesund from 1999 through 2002 and Vard Haugesund from 2003 through 2010.
From 2007 he was also the head coach of Vard Haugesund. From 2014 to 2016 he was played developer and head coach of IL Hødd. He went back to Haugesund as head coach of SK Haugar's women, and moved back to Trondheim in 2019 to coach the women's top-tier club Trondheims-Ørn who in 2020 changed their name to Rosenborg Kvinner.
