Stepan Markovtsev
Stepan Markovtsev - military officer and aircraft pilot from Soviet Union. He was born on November 20, 1911 in Tomsk Governorate and died on April 8, 1982 in Moscow. He graduated from the Irkutsk High Military Aviation Engineering School.
