Stephen Stanton Stephen Walter Stanton is an American actor , voice actor, comedian and visual effects artist. His roles include the Big Daddies in BioShock , Grand Moff Tarkin in Star Wars Rebels , Admiral Raddus in Rogue One and Griff Halloran from Star Wars Resistance .Early life Stanton was born to a German mother and an American father in Augsburg , West Germany and moved with his family to Tampa , Florida , the same year.
