Strood Rural District
Strood Rural District was a rural district in the county of Kent, England.
It was subject to boundary reforms in 1934 and 1935.
It consisted of the following civil parishes:

- Cliffe
- Cobham
- Cooling
- Cuxton
- Denton
- Frindsbury Extra
- Halling
- Higham
- High Halstow
- Hoo St Werburgh
- Ifield
- Isle of Grain
- Luddesdown
- Meopham
- Nurstead
- Shorne
- St Mary Hoo
- Stoke
- Strood Extra
On 1 April 1974 the district was abolished and split between the new districts of Medway and Gravesham.
