Subodh Kumar Jaiswal
Subodh Kumar Jaiswal is a 1985 batch Indian Police Service officer and the current Director General of Police, Maharashtra, succeeding Dattatray Padsalgikar on 28 February 2019. He was previously the police commissioner of Mumbai, the largest city in India and the tenth most populous city in the world. Subodh Jaiswal was with the Research and Analysis Wing, India's external intelligence agency for nine years, during which he served as the additional secretary of RA&W for three years.
