Suzzan Blac


Suzzan Blac is an English surreal artist who paints images of physical, mental and sexual abuse. Her painting entitled "the patron saint of paedophiles" is based on a fake photograph, which she nonetheless insists must be genuine.

Art work

Her work is being used in social worker training, and to help abuse victims in group therapy. Her art has been shown in London and Berlin.
She exhibited at Resistance Gallery in London in 2009, a show called "A Basement of Dolls" which focused on pornography and female body image.

Autobiography

The Rebirth of Suzzan Blac tells of Blac's troubled childhood of poverty and sexual abuse and how she used her artwork to heal herself.
