TV3 (Malaysia)


TV3 is a Malaysian free-to-air television channel owned by the Media Prima, a media conglomerate. It was launched on 1 June 1984.
In 2013, TV3 remained the most-watched television station in Malaysia, despite the declining viewership of free-to-air television.

History

TV3 began broadcasting on 1 June 1984 at 6:00pm local time, launched by Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad.
