Tecpatán
Tecpatán is a town and one of the 119 Municipalities of Chiapas, in southern Mexico.
As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 41,045, up from 38,383 as of 2005. It covers an area of 770.1 km².
As of 2010, the town of Tecpatán had a population of 4,530. Other than the town of Tecpatán, the municipality had 499 localities, the largest of which were: Raudales Malpaso, classified as urban, and Luis Espinosa, Francisco I. Madero, Adolfo López Mateos, and Nuevo Naranjo, classified as rural.
