Texas State Highway Spur 501, also known as the La Porte Spur or South Broadway Street is a short Texas State Spur in Harris County, Texas. It runs north-south through La Porte and Shoreacres.History
Spur 501 was established on December 1, 1971 from its current southern terminus north to Ave. J in La Porte. On January 28, 1977, the northern 1.1 miles of the route was transferred to Loop 410.
