The Chandler
The Chandler is a 36-story high-rise situated at the mouth of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Completed in June 2008, The Chandler is located at 450 E. Waterside Drive in the Lakeshore East development in the high-end neighborhood called the New Eastside of Chicago. The Chandler is part of urban community development, Lakeshore East. The building features an indoor gym, and a rooftop indoor pool.
