The Intellectual Property Corporation


The Intellectual Property Corporation is an American IP creation and production studio based in Culver City, California. The studio was founded in 2016 by Emmy-Winning Producer Eli Holzman and Aaron Saidman, and funded via private equity from three investors and former collaborators Sheldon Yellen, David J. Adelman, and Michael G. Rubin. IPC develops and produces a wide range of television, film, documentary, and interactive mobile content. IPC is best known for the hit cable series , which debuted on November 29, 2016, and was the most watched new series on the A&E Network in two years. In July 2017, the high-profile Scientology series received an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Informational Series or Special". In August 2018, IPC was acquired by Core Media and relaunched the studio as Industrial Media.
