Mangani was born in Carpentras, Vaucluse.
In the summer 2014, Mangani left France to play for Chievo signing a two-year contract with the Italian top-flight club on 6 July 2014. However, after a disappointing season in Italy, where he only played 45 minutes for Chievo, Mangani returned to France with Angers SCO, with whom he signed a three-year deal on 4 July 2015.
