Tim Crowther
Tim Crowther is a radio presenter for BBC Radio Leeds. He has worked there since the late 1970s, when he joined while a student at the City of Leeds College of Music. Since then, he has hosted breakfast, mid-morning, lunchtime, afternoon and drivetime programmes, as well as a range of daytime and weekend programmes.
Crowther presented a show with horticulturist Joe Maiden for 22 and a half years until Maiden's death in September 2015. He is now professionally partnered with horticultural expert Graham Porter. An offshoot of the programme is the Sunday Gardening Podcast, which has recently been voted in the top three of the Telegraph's selection.
