Tomi Markovski


Tomi Markovski is a Norwegian football manager.
After a successful stint with Stabæk's junior team he went to the United States to coach Philadelphia Charge of the Women's United Soccer Association. The league folding at the end of 2003, Markovski returned to Norway and Asker's women's team. His only season ended with Askeræs loss in the 2004 Norwegian Women's Football Cup final to Røa. Two years later he became assistant coach at Røa, then head coach for Asker's men's team.
Ahead of the 2008 season he went on to neighbors Bærum, but did not get a contract renewal after two seasons. He went into a period of coaching full-time at the Norwegian School of Elite Sport.
Ahead of the 2013 season he was handpicked by SK Brann manager Rune Skarsfjord as analyst. His contract was not renewed post-2014 due to budget cuts, but Markovski went on to Sandnes Ulf. After two and a half seasons as assistant there he changed job to chief player developer, whereas Bojan Zajić became assistant manager.
