Toomas Asser


Toomas Asser - Estonian surgeon and medical researcher, rector of University of Tartu. He was born on July 14, 1954 in Jõhvi. He graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine. He was awarded the Cross of Recognition, the Estonian Red Cross Order First Class.
