Trey Lance


Trey Lance is an American football quarterback for the North Dakota State Bison.
As a redshirt freshman in 2019, Lance started all 16 games, won the Walter Payton Award and Jerry Rice Award, as well as being named the Most Outstanding Player of the 2020 NCAA Division I Football Championship Game.

High School

In high school, Lance was a three-star recruit from Marshall, Minnesota where he attended Marshall High School. Lance was rated as the 8th best player in Minnesota and the best quarterback in the state. He held offers from some FBS programs including Boise State and Western Michigan. He committed to play college football at North Dakota State University on May 23, 2017.
