Twelfth Night (1966 film)


Twelfth Night is a 1966 Australian TV version of the play by William Shakespeare. Directed by Ken Hannam, it stars Roger Climpson and Helen Morse.
It screened as part of Wednesday Theatre. Australian TV drama was relatively rare at the time.

Cast

The Bulletin called it "lively" with "a high standard of acting, diction, and intelligence."
The Sydney Morning Herald said there was "some gracious acting" but added "regrets remain for the inadquate way in which everything else was presented."
