Underneath the Radar Documentary Festival
Underneath The Radar Documentary Festival is an independent documentary festival held annually in Singapore. It was created to showcase and highlight social, economic and environmental issues to audiences in Singapore through films.Since UTR's debut in 2006, annually the festival takes on a different theme.
