Utah's 3rd congressional district
Utah's 3rd congressional district is a congressional district in the United States House of Representatives. It is located in southern and eastern Utah and includes the cities of Orem and Provo.
The district was created when Utah was awarded an extra congressional seat following the 1980 U.S. Census. Four of its five Representatives have been Republicans; Bill Orton, a Democrat, represented the district from 1991 to 1997.
