Vadim Solovyov - politician. He was born on March 3, 1947 in Chelyabinsk and died on February 11, 2019 in Chelyabinsk. He graduated from the South Ural State University. He was awarded the Order of Friendship, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Medal "For Distinguished Labour".
