Val Astaire


Brian Anthony Joyce, known professionally as Val Astaire, is an American indie pop singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles.

Career

Val Astaire was formed in 2016. His first single as Val Astaire, “Blow”, was released in 2017.
His second single “The No Funs” was released in early 2018.
His next single “Fall Apart” was released in August 2018, in advance of his debut 5-song EP, Yellow, and was shortly followed by “Rebel” on October 8. Yellow was independently released on November 9.
In January 2019 he re-released his first 3 songs in an EP titled / / /.
In February 2019 Val Astaire played Delaware’s 93.7WSTW’s Snow Jam alongside artists O.A.R. and Whitney Woerz.
Val Astaire entered the studio to record his first full length album in March 2019 at ‘Barber Shop Studios’, and released his first single "Say You Will" in September 2019, and was shortly followed by "Kiss" in October.
2020 began with the release of "3am","When The Lights Go Out", and most recently "Runner" which also launched the pre-order of his debut album "Fever Dreams" due out July 2020
